Cloudflare service incidents, dated and indexed
88 incidents Cloudflare published on its own status page. We keep this index because service credits are almost never applied automatically — under most agreements they are claimed, within a window, by the customer. A business that was affected and never asked simply does not receive one.
What this page is not. It does not say you are owed anything, and it could not: whether any incident below touched your account depends on your plan, your usage in that window and the terms you agreed — none of which is visible from here. It is a record of what was published, and a starting point for checking your own invoices.
What Cloudflare’s terms say about credits
Cloudflare publishes a service level agreement for its paid plans and, where it applies, a credit expressed as a percentage of the monthly fee for the affected service. The percentage and the eligibility conditions are set by that agreement, not by us.
The deadline that closes a claim
Credits under these terms are claim-only. The agreement describes a credit and puts the asking on the customer, inside a window that closes.
Cloudflare (Business)
Commitment 100% · credit against monthly recurring fees for the affected service — not the whole cloudflare bill.
Notify within 5 business days of the incident. This is the deadline that passes while the later one still looks weeks away.
Final claim: End of the billing month following the billing month in which the incident occurred.
Where it goes: Cloudflare Customer Support — notify first, then submit the claim. Have ready: Incident description, Duration, Affected URLs, Traceroutes, Troubleshooting attempted.

Find out whether any of it applies to you
Start with the free check — a few questions about what you run and where, answered anonymously, with no account. It tells you which recovery classes are worth looking at for a business like yours, and it tells you plainly when the answer is none of them.
A recovery audit across the scope you agree — contracts, service levels, vendor billing, equipment remedies. You get a Recovery Opportunity Report, value estimates, an evidence map, priorities, and claim packets for anything real enough to pursue. The audit fee is for the work and is not contingent on finding anything. Where we find nothing worth pursuing, we say so.
