KnightByrd Recover
57 incidents Twilio published on its own status page. We keep this index because service credits are almost never applied automatically — under most agreements they are claimed, within a window, by the customer. A business that was affected and never asked simply does not receive one.
Twilio publishes service level commitments for several products, with a credit expressed as a percentage of the affected monthly usage where the commitment is not met. The terms govern; we do not restate them.
Each incident below was published by Twilio on its own status page.
Start with the free check — a few questions about what you run and where, answered anonymously, with no account. It tells you which recovery classes are worth looking at for a business like yours, and it tells you plainly when the answer is none of them.
A recovery audit across the scope you agree — contracts, service levels, vendor billing, equipment remedies. You get a Recovery Opportunity Report, value estimates, an evidence map, priorities, and claim packets for anything real enough to pursue. The audit fee is for the work and is not contingent on finding anything. Where we find nothing worth pursuing, we say so.
