The Recover suite
Start free. Pay for the audit only if the free check finds enough to justify it. Pay a success fee only on value you actually receive.
Are you leaving money with your vendors?
Who it is for
any business with vendors, equipment or cloud services
What you get
A free check of one recovery surface — one contract, one invoice, one service event or one piece of equipment. You get the kinds of recoverable value we can see and a range of what reviewing them might be worth.
What it is not
An indication, not an entitlement. It does not include how any of it would be claimed, and only your own documents can establish what you are actually owed.
You negotiated it. Let us find out whether you are actually collecting it.
Who it is for
finance, procurement and operations leaders
What you get
A recovery audit across the scope you agree — contracts, service levels, vendor billing, equipment remedies. You get a Recovery Opportunity Report, value estimates, an evidence map, priorities, and claim packets for anything real enough to pursue.
What it is not
The audit fee is for the work and is not contingent on finding anything. Where we find nothing worth pursuing, we say so.
Not sure yet? The free check takes under a minute and tells you whether an audit is worth it.
The claim, written and ready for you to send.
Who it is for
the account owner who has to submit it
What you get
A submission-ready packet: the request itself, every figure with its source, the evidence checklist, the deadlines that matter, and exactly where it goes. You submit it from your own account.
What it is not
You submit it, not us. A success fee applies to what is actually recovered, as set out in your agreement.
Nothing upfront. A success fee applies to what is actually recovered — the rate depends on your state and the kind of recovery, and it is set out in your agreement before anything is filed.
We found value once. Shall we keep looking?
Who it is for
multi-location operators and anyone with a wide vendor footprint
What you get
Continuous monitoring of your recovery surface — providers, contracts, renewals, equipment, manufacturer programs, service events, deadlines. Every day the question is whether anything changed that creates a new economic right for you.
What it is not
What it can see depends on what you connect. With a name and a vendor list it watches the public surface; with authorised billing access it watches yours. It will tell you which it is doing.
How the success fee works
Where a recovery succeeds, we are paid a share of it. Fees vary by recovery type, complexity and applicable law, and are disclosed in writing before you authorise any recovery activity. Where nothing is recovered, no success fee is payable.
What counts as recovered
Amounts actually paid, credited or refunded to Customer as a direct result of an authorized KnightByrd recovery activity. Avoided-cost arrangements require a separate contractual definition and objectively verifiable economic benefit; percentages are not charged against speculative theoretical savings.
Nexus Recover provides commercial recovery identification, documentation and administrative support services. KnightByrd Tech LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Identification of a potential recovery opportunity does not establish entitlement. Recovery availability, procedures and fees vary by recovery type, contract, jurisdiction and other circumstances. No recovery is guaranteed.
KnightByrd will not submit a claim, accept a settlement, modify a customer agreement, waive customer rights or take another binding action on behalf of the customer without appropriate authorization under the applicable service agreement.
