What you get, and what you do not

You get the term as the vendor published it, a link to read it yourself, the deadline that closes the claim, the evidence you will need, and where the claim goes.

You do not get a number. We will not tell you what you are owed from a vendor name, because it is not knowable from one: every credit here is a function of your plan, your spend in the affected month, and your usage during the outage window. Anyone quoting you a figure from a vendor name is guessing, and you would be right to distrust it.

Which vendors

Today: Twilio (including SendGrid), Cloudflare and Google Cloud — the agreements we have read line by line. More are added as they are parsed. If yours is not here yet we will say so rather than invent something.
