Eight questions about how your business operates. It returns which of the seven commercial recovery categories cover operations like yours, and the first thing to look at in each — documents you already hold or that are published publicly.
It will not tell you that you are owed money. Nobody has seen your records, so nobody can say that honestly — and anyone who does say it has not looked either.
Eight yes/no questions
Answer what you know. Skipping one just leaves that category unresolved.
Pick an industry or answer a question, and the categories appear here as you go. Nothing is submitted and nothing is stored.
What money do businesses commonly leave uncollected?
Seven categories recur: carrier service guarantees on late freight, manufacturer recalls and warranty programmes on commercial equipment, vendor and distributor rebates, commercial utility tariff misclassification, merchant processing rates that drift from the agreement, service level credits on cloud and telecom contracts, and terms in vendor contracts that were agreed but never applied.
How do I check if my carrier owes a service guarantee refund?
Pull the carrier's published service guarantee terms and one month of your tracking data, then compare actual delivery times against the committed window. The guarantee is written by the carrier and published in its own tariff, so nothing is needed from anyone else to establish whether it applies.
Why do vendor rebates go unclaimed?
Most require an affirmative claim within a window rather than being applied automatically, and the programme documentation sits with a distributor rep rather than in the buyer's files. Asking for both the current programme terms and the claim history on the account usually settles it.
Does this cost anything or require an account?
No. The check runs entirely in your browser, asks for no email, and stores nothing. Every result includes the first thing to look at so the check can be done without any further help.
Longer write-ups of each category are in the Recover guides.
