Under most business software agreements a service credit is not applied automatically. The agreement describes a credit and puts the asking on the customer, usually inside a window that closes. If nobody files, nothing arrives. That is not a scandal — the terms say so plainly, and most people have simply never read that clause.
The providers publish their own incidents. We date and index them. What almost nobody does is join the two together and check their own invoices against the record.
Your domain publishes its nameservers, its mail exchangers and its SPF record to anyone who queries them — that is what DNS is for. Authoritative DNS on *.ns.cloudflare.com means a Cloudflare account. An SPF authorising sendgrid.net means a Twilio account. Nameservers on ns-cloud-*.googledomains.com mean Google Cloud DNS.
We do not read anything private, we do not scan you, and we do not keep anything about you — only which domain was checked and what was found. One thing we deliberately do not do: Google Workspace is not Google Cloud. A company on Gmail is not reported as a Google Cloud customer, because that would be false and you would know it.
